Exercise!!

I have managed to fight through the exhaustion and start exercising! I'm a couple weeks in to walking. I have been walking a few times a week and it is lifting my mood. I am committing to walk everyday for 20 minutes. I even joined an exercise group that you pay $20 to enter and everyone that has 30 workouts during the 6 week challenge gets entered to with the prize of $500. I just thought I'd post to encourage others to get out there, even if you are tired. It does help.
 
Well done @loui50 ! This is really an encouragement. I start training again next week. Nervous but so excited to get going again!.. walking is truly a wonderful thing mentally. So happy for you lady!
 
Well done. I started swimming about 4 months ago. It has been a huge help. I've lost a little weight but more importantly I have less pain and seem to function so much better. Keep up the good work!
 
Logging for yesterday.. 20 minutes HIIT And Worked lower body.. squats, deads and quad extensions, ham curls and press with some calf work mixed in.
