Hopefulphoenix
Not Active
Hi does anybody else find that ptsd seriously affects energy levels??
For example if you are in a time when you are triggered alot, then you will be more laid up?
I have a serious amount of stress on top right now (new therapist, new job, moving house).. and it feels like just the stress and anxiety alone are making me exhausted. Its incredibly frustrating because I want so badly to be physically more active. (I need to move stuff and tidy!)
I hate laying around so much, I guess coz I never really relax anyway ?
(I have this theory that the mess from moving is constantly triggering me as it is, for reasons connected to my childhood, one of my worst enemies)
I am asking coz if tiredness is a “normal” symptom then there is hope for me and my energy when this time goes over!
