Life can be hard, and exhausting. Try to find a way to relax - bubble bath, soft music, deep breathing, brisk walk, etc. Perhaps some melatonin (natural herb) to help you sleep. If it's an emotional/mental strain, perhaps journaling to let some of those thoughts and feelings out. Prayers for peace and rest.
