I posted this a few weeks ago, and now that I am even more into the info of ptsd and of my repressed history.
A huge trigger has emerged, and that is the commercial for the movie Scully.
I was a first responder to Air Florida flight 90 that crashed into the Potomac river after 14 second flight.
The crash scene of another Tom Hanks films, Castaway also sent me into the dumpster.
My life took a huge left turn just before Memorial Day when I was almost in a head on accident, it weakened my defenses and the horror was able to escape.
At least I know my foe now, in the before times I was just being a weakening.
