I’m having a lot of difficulty with today’s goal, I don’t want to do it - though it is a lot more complicated than that. It would be good for me to do it.

I don’t mind you asking, though I’d rather not say just yet. It’s totally not a big deal in normal land, just that I’m reacting to it as if it’s a few events from the past. Feel nauseous! Trying to talk myself into it :)

I have not managed today's goal.
Back to behavioural activation so I don't get stuck again.

I didn’t manage that goal, I did manage plenty other bits and pieces :)

My goal for today is to meet my hired hand and check his Covid card. He keeps referring to it as his Covid letter so I don't expect it to be real. I went through 12 applicants because they all refused to be vaccinated.
