My goal . After therapy I’d like to get a floor rug in the washing machine

So I'm doing the big task I've put off. All sorts of mental gymnastics to win that argument with myself.

Today I felt really down but I started with one thing, put my laundry away and it broke my stasis. On to other things.

My only goal today is eating!

I want to get my room sorted out and my art supplies put away.
Tomorrow I want to make an appointment with the Dr

I have to work on getting rid of things I no longer want or need. Not all of them, just a box full today, and more if I feel like it.

Lik a dog with a bone today. Took ALL day but my Jellyfin server is running at last! It's on my linux box which right now is sort of my enemy because you type commands like in old timey DOS. That stuff is just so hard now. I know the commands but it's like as you need them they disappear and you have to wait for them to come back.

I need to do my therapy "homework" which is to start it, maybe just title and find a good spot for the lists I will need to be adding to over the next couple days.

Accomplished. Appointments made. Up for 30 min, time to go back to bed. As anything/everything else? Is bonus.
