Grievance Procedure? (uk Based)

Has anybody ever been to a grievance for discrimination against disability. I'm really nervous. I disassociate when I get called into a meeting. I'm starting to wish I hadn't done this. Has anybody ever been through this?

No, I haven't done it, because I knew i was too weak to manage the process. I wish you strength and courage.

Do you have support from a Union, or ACAS, or CAB or an advocate?

Thanks for your support guys, I've asked that I can have a list of questions I will be asked first and then I can write the answers as I have such a lot of trouble talking. But yes. I'm going to do this. I need to be able to stand up for myself even if they are a big company, I've had enough of being manipulated and the best I can do is stand up and say that. One of the things I am asking for is an agreed upon reference. Because I'm really hoping that I'm going to get this sexual health adviser job for the NHS and leave all this mess behind me.
