To all you wonderful, amazing, beautiful and courageous sufferers and supporters alike. Whether you are a sufferer and are in isolation or a good place or a supporter who loves someone in isolation or things are going well I send you all huge hugs.

Today I got the most beautifully worded card from my man - it is made all the more special because he is struggling so much at the moment and he thought to get that for me x

So today, spoil yourselves and be kind to yourselves - no matter how much you will try to tell yourself you don't deserve it...you do!

I got my two granddaughters a big box each in a heart shape of chocolates. I have been doing this for them for so many years. My daughter hates Valentines Day for her own reason so I tread lightly with her.

My husband used to get me all sorts of Valentines Day treats through the years.

So I pass on the tradition to my granddaughters. One holiday that does not harm to me.
