Hey,

So abit about me ! Here goes!

Im 27 and i have PTSD, my partner also has PTSD.

Im not ex military but my PTSD stems from ALOT of trauma in my life, for many years i was mis-diagnosed with phycosis (sorry cant spell it) so when i finally got the correct diagnosis i felt relieved but also alone as i didnt know anyone or know how to speak to people like myself then i met my partner, and hes got me out there and seeking help. Sooo here i am a year later.. HELLLOOO
