I have a host of mental health issues, major depressive disorder and anxiety being the worst but I also have PTSD. On 3 seperate occasions in my life, 3 different men kicked in my door trying to get in and hurt me. One was successful.
I think there is something more but have yet to discuss with therapist. My younger brother had cancer when I was 19 and 23. My parents couldn't handle it and left all responsibilities to me. Then he relapsed I was his bone marrow donor. cannot even watch a commercial that shows a "cancer kid" without crying. Is it possible to develop PTSD from witnessing and basically experiencing a very serious illness of an only sibling? Just really curious. He wasn't supposed to live.
