I have irritable bowel myself. I have it under control now but like She-cat when I get high anxiety or stress it acts up and can be very painful!

Amazing, I have had irritable bowel syndrom for the last 3 years at least. Rarely solid things come out, usually it's like a shotgun shot, or slime. It has not really been diagnosed (I'v been to doctor two times because of it), and neither my C-PTSD has been diagnosed by a doctor. But I don't think C-PTSD is diagnosed at all in my country (not sure). The attention is on PTSD.

For me it was so bad when at work I would go and sit in the washroom 20 min. before I would have a bowl movment, if i didn't I may not be able to make it there. I think you know what I mean.

Some SSRIs can cause some frustrating digestive issues, as well as stress. My husband has dealt with that a lot. But yes, panic and anxiety can also cause issues. I would talk to your doc, just to be safe.
