I say start with cbt and go from there. I've done cbt, act, dbt, ifst, art therapy, emdr, meditation, visualizations, intensive trauma therapy.....just to name a few. For many of us, one type of therapy isn't enough, so try to find something that helps you right now and try not to get stuck in the mindset of needing to find the one therapy/therapist who will take you the whole way.
 
Welcome to the forum! I found that it wasn't just one type of therapy that worked as overtime I picked up bits and pieces of various things that worked best for me. I hope you find some ideas here for yourself.
