hi, i'm victoria. i'm brand new here and brand new to my diagnosis, even though i've been facing symptoms for a while.
i have faced a multitude of traumatic experiences as well as sexual abuse and emotional abuse, but depression + anxiety were my first diagnoses
i would love to help everyone here and learn from you all :)

Welcome! I came here when I was new to my diagnosis, too. I'm glad you got diagnosed, though I'm sorry that you have it in the first place. At least you will be able to heal better, knowing what's wrong.
