Hi, i have diagnosed a year ago with CPTSD, because of childhood trauma.
I have fought against substance abuse for 5 year, but I am happy too say that I am now 6 months clean
Hope i will be an Resource for this forum and i hope to get some help in my time of need

Welcome and thanks for the post. Congratulation on the 6 months clean. I suffer cPTSD as well child abuse and trauma. I self medicated with drugs and alcohol for most of my life. I'm 62 years old. I'm clean from hard drugs and I don't drink to pass out any more. glad you found the courage to come and share. again welcome to this community
