Hi - Wife And I Both Have PTSD

Hi :hello: My wife (we are both women) found this forum months ago and I have finally found my guts to say hello. She and I both have ptsd, (tho she has been thru much more than me) and it is really hard at times because we trigger each other.
She is getting help now and I have started again too even though I don't have a lot of words right now. This is a big risk for me because I am not one to trust or to reach out and talk to others. My wife was really the first person i trusted with most of me. She is also my best friend and main support. It is hard when we are both struggling.
