Mark seems to be a good guy. Not to full of himself. But lets be honest. It can be tough to be an actor as well. Not in the same way at all. But still.

I actually read the book while I was in Afghanistan. It is quite good. So I have high expectation for the movie (If I can handle to watch the DVD)

Yeah, it's got to be REALLY tough!. let's see, make millions of dollars, live in a HUGE house, go out with the most beautiful women in the world. Have enough after one movie to live the rest of your life without working. Yeah, real tough.

How any moron like cruise can even think to utter the words that his job is as tough as a soldier in war is so egotistical and stupid that it just shows where he's at. Like his movies but not him.

Sorry, I didn't get that. It always just makes me angry when I hear that kind of stuff from people that need a 'real' job for a while to learn to appreciate what they have. What can you say about a guy, tom cruise, that believes that goofy 'religion'. Oh, sorry again, not suppose to go there either. I'm just not very pc.

The book was nuts. How he kept his weapon throughout that whole thing was a miracle.

The trailer for line survivor is good I just wonder how close to the book it will be.

Hey my Brothers and Sisters, I'm back. My wife and I spent a few day with the good folks in the medical profession. I came away with about as much faith in them as I have in government. But, that's another story.

Hollywood has tried countless times to paint a picture of war, and fallen short with each attempt. But, I believe that there are moments in these movies that are worth notice. For me one such moment was in Saving Private Ryan when Tom Hanks said. "With each man I kill I get a little farther from home". Same movie, same actor. "How will I ever tell my wife about a day like this"?

I tried myself to explain it to the folks back home, and couldn't even come close. No one has ever invented to words. But, I take comfort in the fact that more are interested and willing to listen.
