TV/films
Reading/learning new things
Tidying an already spotless house, lol :hilarious:
Talking to people online
Avoiding the news
Trying to exercise regularly and taking photos of the lovely flowers etc
Feeding birds
Playing video games
Talking more to people outdoors - at a distance :laugh:
 
I've been listening to virtual choirs on YouTube - people from home that sing various secular and religious songs from home, all together. Even when it's not always the type of music I would normally listen to, it's really calming somehow seeing people come together and sing so beautifully.

A few examples:



 
I adopted a sea turtle from a cereal box code and named it "Hercules". Glad I got cereal before i became symptomatic and struggle mentally to get out for food. The cereal adoption made me be in the moment.

☺??????. Hello Ms. Spock. I am a baby turtle and know I have a long journey across the oceans filled with pirates and adventures. My genetics program me to eat jellyfishes so people can feel safer swimming. I was told plastic bags can fool me into sickness and also i can get quite the trip off battery acid and spray paints in the ocean.

My name is Hercules, I am baby sea turtle with a giant heart. I will not let you humans down even if I agree "humans suck" @Whispering_Truth @ms spock..nature and animals are the best.

You eat your jello. I will eat mom's sea water salted jellyfish ?
 
- keeping protected from the FEAR virus
- not watching news (getting bits from other sources now and again)
- keeping ritual/routine which includes journalling, exercise, nature connection, taking in some sun meditation, qi gong etc
- keeping connected, talking to people on the phone
- disconnecting, making sure I'm not sitting at a desk plugged into machines and staring at a screen all day
- trying to get to bed as early as I can
