How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Poor sleep. Took Endep early and also prescribed Valium.

Has anyone ever tried Inositol powder for anxious feelings/sleep?

Poorly! And no more on the red couch again - but to sleep hygiene and routines. The ones that work for me.

Slept around 5 hours, but managed to wake up of my own accord at 8 AM

At first I couldn't fall asleep from pain. And when I finally fell asleep I had nightmares all night. I had nightmares the night before too. I've been having a lot more nightmares lately.

Cannot stay asleep. Muscles twitching/ jerking all the time. Worry about thoughts and dreams. Wish my body would keep still for a bit.

About 4hrs. (OM!) Seriously considering getting back on strattera (except not on stratospheric high dose next time)...don't want to get shot out into hyper-space again! Need to do something about this freaking a.d.h.d. which I believe is preventing me from restful and lengthy sleep. (good golly miss molly!).
