I really can't remember what a good nights sleep feels like anymore, I don't even remember my nightmares as much anymore, I just wake up anxious about 5 or 6 times during the night. Get to sleep about 12 and I'm awake from 3am, dozing from time to time from about 5am to 6am, and then it's time for work. I thought you weren't supposed to dream for a while after going to sleep, but I can have a nightmare, fall asleep again and wake up from the next nightmare within half an hour of looking at the clock last. It really sucks having continuous nightmares.
