How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Once again I'm up. I exhausted and the more I'm up the more I get paranoid, geez I just don't do this well. I fell asleep for 5 mins yesterday and POW! nightmare :(...
 
Back on my screwed up pattern, fall asleep at 6 or 7 am, sleep til after dinner time for most. Now wonder I am vitamin D deficient. lol
 
I'm not sleeping at night. I am having night sweats. It's like my body knows as soon as night sets in. Also, I seem to wake up and soon as everyone else is asleep and can't go back to sleep. It's hard to try to live a normal life without sleep. A lot of us know that!!:(

I wake up every 20-35mins in a sweat. I swear there was a time I use to sleep for at least a few hours if not more at a time. I'm sick to my stomach, I feel like I could break into a million pieces if I tripped. I don't want to go anywhere EVER, I just want quiet, blank, restful sleep.
 
I have developed this frustrating pattern of waking up at 3am and not being able to go back to sleep, or just not going to bed at all. I had insomnia as a kid and go through bouts of it now, wishing there were a way to regulate it better.
 
(((Srain))) With all the memories, etc. no wonder you aren't sleeping. I think that's one of my problems too! However, you are braver than I and am sharing what you are going through!

I slept a little longer inbetween waking up but none the less still exhausted with anxiety and waking like I'm on fire and bursting out in sweats!! I have no idea how when it's cold as h*ll at night! I know it will get better, it always does, and yes, sleep makes ALL the difference in the world.
