How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Like a log for most of the night. Had a nightmare not related to my PTSD I don't think but one a have quite often of holding into a rock cliff and then falling but I never hit the bottom as I wake up. Wake up with lots of anxiety!! :-(

Slept like the apple bit me.

Jen93, you're not a freak I sometimes sleep in my closet too.

I slept so so last night but it didn't really matter to me considering I spent Teusday night strapped to a bed in the hospital. And Wednesday trying to talk my way out of being hospitalized for attempted suicide.

I was just really relieved to be in my own bed. My meds are causing trouble but I crave them now.

Been having really absurdly weird dreams and it isn't like me to do so. But it's effecting my quality of sleep and I always wake with my jaw clenched and hurting badly. Hoping this will fade soon.

Ended up in my closet again. Not comfortable, but safe. I have two blankets in there and a pillow now, and my teddy. And i can hide there and feel safer there. Not a good sleep last night, I couldn't. There just didn't seem like any point to sleeping with all the dumb pain I was experiencing physically and emotionally at the time. Hopefully now that my closet is more comfortable I'll have a better sleep tonight.

Jen.....I like my corner so i get it.

Slept all day on and off my nightmare won't go away and I can't seem to stay awake for more then three days.
Wish I didn't need sleep.

Woke up twice last night for the bathroom. Drank a whole bottle of sparkling wine and slept like the dead. amazing how alcohol at the right level can make you sleep so deep.

This morning I feel like a truck hit my head though :P
