How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I'm sleeping better and I'm not having the vivid evil dreams. I'm even sleeping without the dogs as a comfort blanket.

I've slept through three past couple of nights, but the nightmares have been awful. I woke up all shaky, as if it had really happened. Took me a few seconds to realize I was ok in my nice comfy bed.

Just plain unable to sleep and up all night tonight. Not looking forward to later. :(

I slept good. I had no dreams. Whew.

I did not sleep well at all. I had these dreams that I have sometimes where I think there are spiders in my bed and I leap out of bed terrified. Then I have to turn on the light to inspect the bed to make sure it was really a dream.

Then for some reason my lip started bleeding, I woke up and bled on my sheet...good times.:O_o:

I slept good but I dreamed about helping Obama get elected again? what is up with that? I do not get it, not at all.:roflmao:

Well, I slept ok last night. I had this dream that I was going to see the new therapist on Wednesday but before I could go to my appointment we had to do pilates and synchronized swimming with the therapist...let's just say it was weird, lol.

I slept good but I had dreams and I do not remember them. All part of the emdr shifting things in my mind.

Awful. The past two nights have been complicated by severe nightmares, with me being unable to get back to sleep.

Also, the fact I had a lumbar puncture and subsequent blood patch within the last two weeks have effected my sleep.

The nightmares cut into my already shortened 3-4hr sleep cycle.
