How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I had very broken up sleep kept waking screaming. The nightmares I remember were horrific and still on my mind now. I moved around lots in the night i guess so woke up more exhausted than i was to begin with. I'm a lot calmer now and desperate to have a nice nap but I can't turn my head off. :(
 
I didn't get to sleep until around 3:00 and then I was up at 6:30 :cautious: I had my usual disturbing, recurring, horrible, anxiety filled dreams.... well, nightmares. I'm sick of them and ready to have a good solid night of sleep, I wonder when that'll come?
 
Passed out just after 10pm last night. Even though I got more sleep the nightmares were still there. They've been constant for a while now. Woke up the first time feeling blah but okay. Took a nap and when I woke up it was derealization city. Weak legs, tinny distanced hearing, poor balance, not following conversations and conversations leading to anxiety because I can't argue my point clearly, etc. Fun times.
