I slept well, no bad dreams, what a big relief.

I slept well. I am feeling well, but waist & legs are really feeling something. It is different then yesterday. it must be because of yesterday's yoga session. I saw some dreams, trying to remember them. But can't. It was good and bad both.

I slept with the dogs, they were unsettled because of fireworks going off. We all slept well, I've missed having them in with me.

I slept great last night and even slept in. No bad dreams. I am counting my lucky stars.

:sleep: Not good, I haven't had a break from my nightmares for quite some time now. When I get out of bed in the mornings I am more tired then I was when I first got into bed... it's frustrating

I had good sleep, but felt some tiredness from yesterday's exercise and outside park walk. It felt good.

I finally got 5 hrs of sleep after being up for 39 hrs hoping to get 6 1/2 tonight no flashbacks so far today

Been a few days since I've gotten sleep. I doze off in the late afternoon/early evening because I'm so tired. Now, I need to head to bed and try it again tonight. :meh:
