How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I slept lousy. I had a awful time of it last night. I had alot of anxiety too.I really hate this. I am such a wimp.
 
I'm sleeping a lot better now that I take my sleep hygiene seriously.

I was sleeping between 2 - 3 hours a night a few years ago. Now, my routine involves the following:
  • a little physical and mental exercise each day
  • some play time with my kids and doggie
  • cutting down on caffiene
  • speaking gently to myself all day
  • asserting myself as things come up so I don't feel like I have to mull over 'unfinished business'
  • hot green tea with lemon
  • quiet reading or tv watching
I also take meds. The combination of all the lifestyle changes has brought very good results, when I've stopped being rebellious or resistant, and actually do these things.
Last night was a good sleep for me.
