How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I wish that I was already asleep this morning as I could certainly use this sleep. However, I feel most thankful and grateful in that I am fortunate to not be suffering.

...yet. (lol)

No, hope to be only kidding about the - yet - part. I guess I'll see how tommorrow actually goes. Sometimes it goes better than can be expected and even with much less sleep then I ought to be finding.

I slept well, snuggled with my dogs. But, I was clenching and grinding my teeth so hard, my poor stress guard is in pieces and I'm left with jaw and head ache.

It is 3 am, someone keeps drunk dialing our house and it's currently snowing/raining/thundering with lightning!?
Hubby just got home from work 3 hours ago.....poor guy...he's gotta get some sleep for work again tomorrow. He's all grumpy groany right now but here I am wide awake. Oh well.

I didn't sleep at all, but this time it was not PTSD related. I caught a bug when visiting my father at the hospital, even though I was wearing gloves and a special suit. So I have been vomiting every hour all night....:sick:

I slept really good for about 3 hours then sat up wide awake as if I didn't need more sleep...and yet, I do!!! Oh well, I will take a nap later on and will be ok.

It's 3:00am and here I am, wide awake. Sigh. I've been up twice before, but was able to fall back asleep until now. I hate the air quality outside, and now inside my throat is rough and I'm munching on vitamin C.
