How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I stayed up all night last night watching movies. I feel pretty good for not having any sleep. I will go to bed early tonight.

I went to bed too late last night. I knew it at the time. Down to the last half of the Luvox and finding it much easier to get out of bed.

I slept well.

I went to sleep late last, I knew I had to get up early this morning to get ready to take my husband to the doctor. I will go to bed alot earlier tonight and get some decent sleep.

Nightmares this week but my stress level is high. I keep getting up 2am, 3 am, 4am in the morning have to get out of bed and distract myself. Cup of tea and a computer game. Then I go back to bed when sleepy again.

I was so extremely tired last night. I was exhausted. I went to sleep and slept well. I was still really tired when I woke up.

I went to bed earlier and I got a great nights sleep and was able to sleep in. My husband let me sleep and he managed to figure out how to turn on the tv and open the curtains.

I was tired last night. I read and went to bed a little late. I slept well. I had trouble waking up this morning but I read and napped for a bit. It was good to read.

I slept just two hours, so its still quite early in the morning. Well, it was rather a snooze than a sleep. Fever and shivering won't let me sleep. And though my sinuses are pus-filled, I didn't get any antibiotics, for my liver isn't working properly.

I feel so exhausted and hopeless now. And so tired too. When I have an infection, it's always a struggle for my heart, because of that mitral valve insufficiency. When my heart doesn't work proper, I get another gift from my body: Edema in lungs, and exactly like that it is this night. Maybe I'll take some anxiolytic medication. Oh happy day!

Last night I slept well. Tonight , it is 3 a.m. and back pain is keeping me awake. It's a real drag..... waiting for pain relievers to take effect.....(hopefully soon). Will catch up on sleep later I suppose.:confused:

I am finally catching up on my sleep. I slept great last night, and no bad dreams. I woke up too early though.

I slept very well last night, despite it being my first night without the medication I have been taking for 3 years. I feel quite proud of myself!
