How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I had long, involved, shifting dreams as usual that evoke complex emotions and sometimes cause me physical pain. I woke up not rested but acknowledging my brain had gone from one state to a different one and back again. The body was in a comfy space and had rested enough to suit its needs but my mind hadn't. Again, all perfectly normal as I usually don't conk out hard unless heavily medicated. Even a boozy sleep off won't keep the dreams away.

Been like that since 12 or 13. I'm 24 now.

My back has been sore too as well as everything it seems! Taking a hot bath really works wonders, I noticed the second night after taking one muscles and body in gneeral were much more relaxed.

Last night I slept well, but I can tell the TMJ is giving me pain in my jaw that goes up to my head. I am going to try wearing my nightguard but I just spit it out usually... Sometimes I wear it during the day if no one is around.

This week has been a nightmare. I have to get up at 5.30am, I go to bed at 10-10-30... I lie awake... fall asleep eventually between 1.30am and 2am... so I am getting very very little sleep...

I am so tired. I wish for sleep, I wish I could just go to bed and sleep like everyone else instead of lying awake my brain driving me nuts :(

I slept really well the night before last but was unable to get up in the morning.

Last night I went to bed at a reasonable hour and slept okay. I had a disturbing dream about my father. Had trouble getting up but got up this morning, which is good. It is taking me awhile to wake up.
