I had an exhausting physical and took two small seroquel when I got home. I ended up sleeping from around 3:30 p.m. through 9 a.m.. I tried waking up when I heard my husband was home, but I fell right back asleep. Still tired, but I'm sure that will go away as I wake up more.
Slept 12.5 hours last night, getting up just once to pee  The codine is kick ass and I feel pretty good today. Not sure if that's because of all the sleep :D or the codine, hehe :p
Day 12 of the cold/flu from hell. Slept eleven hours last night (up one hour coughing) and slept through three clock alarms in the a.m. Slid into work almost two hours late. Thank G my boss is understanding, but the dark circles around my eyes make me look scary
I had a hard time falling asleep because I knew I had an early appointment to get blood drawn. Then, during the night, my dog kept getting up because her tummy was sick. Woke up early for the appointment. Dog is better. I'm amazed I'm functioning.
It's shocking to me but I was actually tired and falling asleep at 9:30 without meds. I slept well and felt refreshed on awakening. That is, other than a bizarre dream of my left arm getting repeatedly bitten by giant snakes and my family unable to find a hospital to take me.
Day 13 of cold/flu - broke down and bought NyQuil and DayQuil too. Slept a solid eight hours without coughing or waking. Took the DayQuil this a.m. It's working. I actually have a bit of energy today but I'm not going to take it for granted.
