How Do You Get Out Of Bed? What Works For You?

One thing i try is drinking loads of water before i sleep so that ill have to pee as soon as i wake up. I say this and yet this past week has been so rough on me that ive been oversleeping every morning so thanks Cool Cat for making this post. Im gonna try some of the other techniques tomorrow morning fingers crossed!
 
What usually helps me get out of bed is I know that if I don't, I often get worse. I am a college student, so if I didn't get out of bed I would be missing classes, which would make me fall behind and that would only stress me out more and make me worse overall. So I just remember, get up, go to class, relax later on.
 
Metal, punk and stuff to wake up, and of course 10 alarms in a row.

There is this app for androids called Alarmy which has a 'take picture of something to stop alarm option' which can make you get up and go somewhere which awakes you a lot.
