The only thing I can get myself to do is hike and workout. Oh and work which is basically a workout. That's the.the only thing that calms my nerves is moving. It's also the only way I can sleep. Everything else falls by the wayside. Wish I could help.My body has crashed on me, and it's been crashed for some time. On weekends I sleep all day....
