How's The Weather Today?

We survived the hurricane, but my house was severely damaged. Not as bad as lot of folks, and we survived. Just got power last night.
We were isolated from the word for several days. No power and debris covered roads. Things are slowly getting back in order.

Although the sky was blue with few clouds today, there is a chill in the air. I HATE THE THOUGHTS OF WINTER!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek:

This morning it´s a clear. blue sky - and beautiful auttumn colors - but only 28 degrees, so winter is definitely coming.

I'm with She-Cat-I hate the thought of winter. I know we need all that rain to make Oregon as beautifully green as it gets, but cloudy days make me sad.

I say I hate winter; spring is my favorite season. But maybe I wouldn't appreciate those cute little crocus flowers so much, if I hadn't had to endure the clouds and rain, huh?

It was a "Goldilocks" day here in Southern Indiana (aka The Sunny Side of Louisville,)...not too hot...not too cold...jussssst right!! Nice blue sky with fluffy white clouds.

I walked to Walgreen's at lunch and just enjoyed being out of the basement cubicle!!

I felt a little sad because hubby has holed himself up in the house for the last three days, not going out much, if any. He's missing the best of fall.

The weather her is beautiful! 80's, clear blue skies a nice breeze. It's almost perfect. I like spring better but fall is my second favorite.

the first spring rains crashed down last night in a violent thunderstorm and washed away the dust and dullness of winter. The plants are blooming, spring buds everywhere and the garden so fragrant with the jasmine I put in during winter - you want to breath it all in till your lungs can't take in an ounce more and you senses are in overload!

Cold at 37 degrees and earlier we had snow flakes......Oh CRAP I guess it's here to stay......I need the tropics and warm sunshine!!!!!

I'm in southern Ontario and it's a little drizzly. Though it did break up a bit in the late afternoon and I took a beautiful walk. The sun was breaking through the clouds, beams of sunlight shining down through the clouds and trees. It was really quite nice to be alive for about an hour ;P Hope you all had as good a day as was possible for you, whatever the weather or circumstance.
