Thanks, it's been a long road I was shot may 12 2004 and still have problems.

Hi Deb welcome to the forum! I am sorry PTSD has made your life a struggle. You are not alone. There is loads of information here for healing and acquiring tools for dealing with symptoms. There are many opinions on therapies. I have used many myself but my hope for recovery has never felt so close as now. There is hope :)
