Under advisement from @digger and support from @The Albatross and @joeylittle I wore clothes.

I had thought of a short thank you speech. I am usually a really good public speaker but it went out of my head. I have done live media and conferences, radio but not it went out of my head Anyway I got there. I fronted up I did say thank you but very quietly and shyly.

I didn't do my best and I also didn't do my worst. I was okay.

My anxiety was pretty overwhelming. I still went around the room and spoke to most people. i did the right things. I tried to have mindful moments.
