I have learned to trust God..., My PTSD has left me without the ability to feel and experience the way I need to.. God has tak'n the place of some of that. I pray all the time, and in the low times, I reach out to my God, and he is with me.
Dont give up, you have the right to a life and relief... Keep going, get involved in 12 step groups or anything else you can find to vent and get your feelings out.
