I Deserve...

[Let It Be]

I deserve to be in the present and to feel safe where others are concerned, male and female, and hopefully, my body will keep releasing this fear from the past so I can be.

I deserve to learn how not to set myself up to be used by others.

I deserve to take a shower without worrying the septic is going to back up and stink up the place. Have to wait until the ground dries to have that happen.

I deserve to get to the bottom of my dissociation.

I deserve to now make my own decisions and to realize that I do have choices and to give myself time to think about things when my anxiety is high!

I deserve to take whatever steps are necessary with my family to ensure that boundaries are adhered to.

I deserve to have my health be the focus, not my family's idea of what the problem really is, or really should be done.

To have a vacation someplace warm and sunny!

I deserve not to have cancer, but if worst comes to worst I will cope.

I deserve not to have to try all the time so hard.

I deserve to feel calm and take my life in stride. No anxiety is nice.

I deserve to be able to step outside of my maladadaptive coping mechanisms from my complex trauma from my childhood.

I deserve to learn about emotional regulation and apply it to my life.

 

[ms spock]

I deserve to stay with the truths that liberate me.

With all the panic and anxiety I have had this week I can feel compassion for myself. I have stuffed up in my life a lot. But given what I have been dealing with I don't have to beat myself up for it. I can have awareness and move forward.
