Welcome and good luck. Glad you have that appointment. As others have mentioned writing things down is a GREAT idea. BTW in case no one mentioned it, it IS normal to have back slides along with improvements. That said, i know it doesn't make it easier, but I know it may give you a bit of relief in knowing it is normal. Keep us updated as you like.
