I don't need to panic when someone says something different than what I thought they were going to say. It doesn't mean that they're trying to say something bad.

I don't need to panic when certain people are quiet. It doesn't mean they're giving me the silent treatment. It doesn't mean they're giving me the silent treatment for something I don't even know I did either.

I just don't need to panic.

I don't have anything to add at the moment, but just wanted to say "Wow!" when I read several posts back! I'm sure I would feel that way about them all if I went all the way back. I related to so many!!! For example: Panicking when something good or complimentary happens, or when something we (at the time) perceive as bad. I had an experience yesterday when I thought a good person was ignoring me. I decided not to react, because I looked into my memory and saw nothing that I had done wrong. Today, that person was as normal towards me as always! I have found that it pays to "Take a step back before you react!"
