I don't need to panic, just reading about the loud shrill whistles that cut over the roar of the jet engines in shore patrol and flight hour training. I don't need to panic when my house rattles from them busting the barrier. I don't need to panic when the fuel station hoovers over traffic & looks like a freakin' flying saucer.:clown: OH holdenmonty...I can sooooo relate.

I don't need to panic when I'm moody due to my monthly issues.

... when the lady at the bank takes a lot of time to get into my account for me and she has a troubled look on her face. Turns out she was having trouble with her computer. I got a bit edgy, asking if there was anything wrong. There wasn't, of course. I'm glad I didn't get anxiety or a panic attack. I can deal with a bit edgy though.

...when you go to the store as well as Walmart and the whole town is there.

Kids are out of school for the day and then with the forecast with includes snow and icy conditions this weekend, it was just wall to wall people. I guess it's time to just hibernate until who knows when.

I don't need to panic when I ruminate. I just need to just recognize how busy I am with such noisy self put downs.

I don't need to panic as self doubt tumbles in. I am not creating a dark hole in my space...it is just a thought not an entity.

This sure didn't make my day. Now I have to count down the days until March 16th.

Hopefully, with my fingers crossed, the trial will be called off. I just know for myself this would be too much stress for me.

I don't need to panic when people don't return my phone calls. It doesn't mean everyone in my life has vanished off the face of the earth. It just means they're busy. Trying to convince myself here...

Also, I don't need to panic when I can't catch my breath. It's just anxiety. It will pass, as it always has before.
