I Got A Summer Job!

I'm a full-time student, studying Philosophy and English Language, in my third year of four. The time spent at uni up until now has had me so stressed out, alongside dealing with PTSD and doing weekly therapy, I haven't worked since I left high school. This year I have applied for a summer job at a theme park, it's the first time that I've felt like I have enough energy to give up my summer break without jeopardising my studies for the upcoming semester.

Getting this job will hopefully mean I can keep my current uni flat for the next academic year, as well as boosting my CV, given that it's been rather inactive for a few years. I'm so happy to have got the job, because it means that I must've performed well in the interview.

No idea how I will cope, but I have a couple of training days during the Feb mid-semester break and then I'll be working most of April, going back for exams in May and then working in June, July and August. It's nice knowing that my contract is only 17 working weeks beforehand, as I think it will help me to manage during the inevitable times when I might feel like quitting. There's no reason to quit when the contract will be over soon anyway.
