The OP clearly states not wanting to die. Perhaps we need to take a breath and just listen.
Feeling as if one has no future or that death is the only respite one will find, thinking about who if anyone you will leave behind and how that may affect those people... is common PTSD stuff.
Depression is a liar. PTSD is a liar. It does get better. We're here to listen. Been there. I feel for you.
