Keep Yourself Safe
Hi Christina
As a man who suffers with PTSD and has done some terrible stuff to his own family, sometimes to keep the family together you have to be apart for a while.
This will show him you are serious with your boundaries.
It will give you time to heal and assess where your at.
It may prompt him to get regular help.
I also suggest that you get counselling for yourself after everything you've been through.
Things get better don't quit:smile:
