I realize that drugs is a big trigger of mine today.

take so many people for granted. I have an amazing family and a few close friends and I do so much better with them. I tend to shut them all out thinking I’m helping them but really I’m hurting me and them.

I realize that I'm not as well as I feel some days and must keep working on being the love I never received. It's still hard to feel content and safe some days, even in the supposedly safest of spaces.
