I realize that I want to smudge my house after my toxic neighbor has come over like she did this past week.

I realize now that she likes to tear people, places and things down so I have to really watch what I say so more boundaries in place with her.

That I still prioritise others over myself in some areas of a my life. Professionally its effecting me at present.

I realize that my toxic neighbor is reminding me of my mother in so many ways!

My neighbor keeps bringing up my sister to me, just like my mother did, so now the pieces are starting to fit together. More anger to let go when I see my T next week!
