I know it sounds like a bad decision after finally getting a job.
I think I need to quit this job because it's been 3 weeks and I'm still having breathing problems due to my exposure to toxic chemicals in the labs. I wear mask, gloves, lab coat and safety glasses but I still can't breathe properly. I am not asthmatic but ever since I started going to these labs I have been having trouble breathing. I get congested chest, sneezing, and dry cough (no mucus). I've been getting dry and sore throat. I'm very dehydrated when I'm these labs.
Note: I ended up at the doctors after my first day at work because breathing problems. He suggested I try this for sometime and if my breathing and other symptoms don't go away I NEED to quit this job because what may not be toxic to other people can be toxic to me. I was given an inhaler that day yet I'm not asthmatic (sigh) :(..
P.S. I eat healthy, exercise and look after my body but this job isn't doing me any good. It's going against my body.
