If I Were A Friend of Mine

If I were a friend of mine, I would say that Rachel:

- has many faces and one never knows which face Rachel will be wearing from one day to the next - sometimes hour to hour.

- no matter which face Rachel is wearing, she is always very loyal and trustworthy.

- Rachel does not believe in herself nor does she believe in a higher power. She tries to put her faith in humanity instead, but is let down more often than not.

- Rachel loves animals.

- Rachel, no matter what she tells you, regrets not having completed her higher education. She wants badly to believe she is smart, but never does, however all of her friends think she is.

- Rachel gets hurt very easily and will end friendships in a flash.

- Rachel does not like confrontation, no matter what you may think you know about her.

- Rachel is a poet and gives herself generously and financially in order to further the art of others.

- Rachel is opinionated.

- Rachel is a good mother and will do anything for her daughter. In fact, Rachel will do anything for her family.

- Rachel is unconventional in many ways.

- She is scared to ever go back to work and is having trouble lately making friends. Her agoraphobia has taken over her life, as of late.

- Rachel is funny if you understand her raucous sense of humor.

- Rachel can be scary when she's angry.

- Rachel needs to find herself soon and learn to accept who she is.

Nic is a kind, compassionate person. She is a good listener and gives good advice. However, Nic can be VERY stubborn, and often does not take the advice of others.

Nic can be very funny when she wants to be and when she's in a comfortable setting. (She sucks at telling actual jokes though, as she never remembers the punch line.)

Nic tends to have problems when she is in a large setting and/or when she is out at night. She often cancels plans with friends at the last minute.

Nicki is a very good athlete, but she needs to learn how to deal when she is not #1 at something. If Nicki isn't the best at something, then she won't do it, which is sort of obnoxious.

Nicki is smart. When it comes to literature and writing, she knows her shit and teaches it well. She also knows lots of other random tidbits of information. BUT, ask her to spell or do math, and she'll get it wrong 95% of the time. Sometimes, Nic acts like an airhead, but that's not really who she is.

Nicki's has gained weight since high school and college, but she isn't at all fat and needs to stop obsessing over it.

Nicki totally dotes on her cats, and will one day be an old cat lady. This sometimes annoys others, but it is just part of her quirky personality.

Nicki tends to be a very private person. She hardly ever shares her feelings with friends or boyfriends. She's always been the leader of the group. This makes it hard for friends to approach Nic, even when they know she needs help. There are some things Nic's friends know about her, but they NEVER bring it up.

 

[Annie]

Well, I will tell you what I hear from my closest friends. None of what I am saying is anything that I haven't heard multiple times from friends / family and colleagues. Now that being said, I may not necessarily agree with it all.
There is no particular order I am just going to toss it out as it comes to my mind....

Annie is by far the best friend you could ever ask for.
She is loyal and honest to a fault.
She desn't hold grudges, but if you lie to her she will not keep you in her circle of friends anymore.
She believes there are givers and takers and is trying to rid herself of the toxic people.
She is generous beyond her means.
She is the closest thing to a chameleon in the human form.
She is incredibly sensitive.
She talks a lot.
She appears to be an extrovert, however is the furthest thing from it.
She is a prankster and loves to be silly and laugh.
She is a great mother, but dislikes other people's kids.
She dislikes crowds.
She can be very aggressive or assertive depending on who is telling the tale.
She is always late.
She is gullible.
She is a perfectionist.
She is the least judgmental person I know and accepts everyone.
She is a huge cat person, but loves all animals, creepy or otherwise, She never squashes a bug.
She is incredibly intelligent and has a good head on her shoulders.
She has a great smile and beautiful blue eyes, like a siamese cat.
She is horrible with money.
She loves to run.
She keeps a clean house.
She loves lasagna.
She believes everything happens for a reason.
She is great at solving everybody else's problems.
She believes in psychics, but knows there are lots of crack pots out there too!
She is constantly looking to better herself, emotionally.
She loves to scrap book, happy memories must all be reported on and logged for her children to keep forever.
She is the worst cook ever.
She loves massages.
She believes there is something good about everybody.
She loves music, but not country.
She thinks she is fat.
She is incredbly strong and has overcome so many obstacles.
She is not a touchy feely person, and has her own personal space, which is quite a large space indeed. Stay out please!
She is not organized at all anymore, yet she used to be.
She used to have an incredible memory but something happened and now it sucks.
She is very creative.
She has a crazy mom and her brother died in a horrible car accident. Her family tree is weird and too hard to remember.
She has it all together - she is supermom.
She is soooo independant and doesn't ask anyone for help.
She loves nature and gardening.
She is a computer whiz.
She loves having family time with her kids.
She spends lots of time with her family and friends.
She loves Halloween.
She is deathly afraid of bridges and ferries.
She always has a headache / migraine.

So I hope that gives you a little glimpse into being my friend.
