Ray, welcome! It's always the worst when you just get back. I'll get better, it just takes time and work. Another asset not mentioned here are the Vet Centers. If you have one close, go there. It's all brothers and sisters and most have seen combat. They have group sessions (met some of the finest Brothers I've ever known there) and one on one's.

Keep hanging with us, there's a wealth of knowledge and experience here and we all care.
