You can review the original post version, to now version, which is sent for both warnings and infractions. I have removed both terms from the headings and used "Rules Violation" instead. I have placed in further explanation so that new members may get a better understanding. You have received a rules violation at PTSD Forum
Dear anthony_test,
You have received a rules violation notice at PTSD Forum.
This is not a personal matter against you, instead it is simply a method for editors to quickly assimilate rules to all members without prejudice through a standard means. We have over 1000 active members, which simply means it is far too time consuming to personalise every message for members.
We ask you to please read the Forum Rules, Regulations, Conduct and Editorial Policy of this forum, as you have agreed to accept these policies by registering. Rules and policies have for the most part been set by the majority of members of this forum and not the administrators.
Common rules and standards ensure all members are equal, all members are communicating within the same parameters in a multi-national online community.

Based on what I have heard/read so far....I think the header message would be better if less direct.....say like "You Have An Editorial Message From the PTSD Forum" and then get into the detail inside.
