Just wanted to give an update. I went to Timberline Knolls and didn't even last 5 days. The place was not at all what I was told it would be. There is no treatment specifically for trauma. And, there is a lot of younger girls (ages 18-25), I am 41 and was by far one of the oldest women there. So much drama, there was no way I could focus on myself. Very disappointed.

Thanks so much! I have already started CBT therapy - I have seen my therapist twice this week. I really like her and think she will be able to help me.
