So for the last week or so, the days/nights have been really bad and I'm having nightmares every night and my triggers are almost all the time - it used to be very specific things (like the smell of beer) but now it's getting to where if I see anyone of the male specie it just spirals from there.
As a result, I've been having really bad anxiety, when it comes to sleeping or going it. Though over the last couple days I seem to have some kind of prolonged anxiety where my hands are constantly shaking and I feel so on edge (10x what I normally/used to feel) it's unbelievable.
I'm trying to draw my boyfriend something for our 6 months on Saturday (it's a thing between us, don't judge :p) but I can't because my hands are all over the place. I can't write either, which is a problem since I have a college application form to fill in this weekend.
Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce this shaky-ness? I'm going to the doctors tomorrow, but I need something like now.. if even possible. :s
And is this normal? To have constantly shaky hands and such after a week or so of bad nights/days?
